Items to purchase for this DIY project:
Large corkboard (on sale for about $6.50 at Target)
Wall stickers ($1 per sheet at the Dollar Tree); I used 2 sheets because I needed 2 E's
Spray paint ($5.50 at Wal-Mart)
Painter's tape (if not on hand)

The plastic was trimmed around the egdes to reveal the frame. (The color was too light for the furniture in the room, so I had to spray paint it to match.) Painter's tape held down the edges of the plastic and gave a clean line for the spray paint.
The corkboard frame was painted and dried outside over night. I hung it up the next morning, completing the project!
TIPS:
* I also learned you should wear a glove on the hand you are spraying paint with. I have never spray painted anything before and ended up with a dark brown pointer finger. :)
